Sample hotel reservation letter

Posted: December 28th, 2008 under Uncategorized.

It doesn’t hurt to have a sample hotel reservation letter. Mostly because you want to make sure that there aren’t any mistakes or misunderstandings when you make arrangements for your hotel stay. So it helps to have an example to make sure you get all of the details taken care of which is the main thing. This includes any special accommodations that you may need. Because don’t assume that the hotel knows your specific wants or needs. So avoid any possible disappointment when you get there by telling them what you want or need explicitly.

This template is just a guide. Copy & paste it into your text editor (like MSWord or notepad) and edit it however you like with your personal information.

To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to reserve a double room for the nights of May 1, 2, and 3. My husband is confined to a wheelchair, so we need to have a shower stall and a room which are wheelchair accessible. Please note that we will not be arriving until about 10:00 p.m. on the night of May 1.

I am enclosing a check for $50.00 as a deposit. Please send written confirmation of this reservation to me at the above address. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.

Thank you very much. We are looking forward to our stay at the ABC Resort.

Sincerely,
John Smith
